Ordering Official Transcripts
               
	
	
                       
              911±¬ÁÏÍø Transcripts
          Federal 
                regulation requires a signature for the release of a transcript. 
                All 911±¬ÁÏÍø transcripts are official, and the cost is 
                 $5.00 for one transcript. Additional 
                transcripts ordered at the same time are $2.00 each. 
        
You have several options for requesting your official transcript: 
        
                - Effective August 2nd, 2024, the Office of       the Registrar will be implementing changes to our transcript ordering       process. 
                As of August 2nd, students will  no longer be able to order a transcript for pick up. If a transcript is needed,  students will be able to order a transcript for electronic or mail delivery.  All mail orders will be mailed directly through Parchment beginning August 2nd.  Students electing to mail transcripts will incur mailing fees which are outlined  below: 
					
					
						- For orders mailed to a US address, the additional fee is $2.75
 
						- For orders mailed internationally, the additional fee is $5.75
 
						- For FedEx orders within the US, the additional fee is $33
 
						- For FedEx orders for international delivery, the additional fee is $60
 
				
		
       
        The above mailing fee options are added to the overall cost of the  transcript ($5 per transcript) and are not the final cost paid by the student. 
        Students are strongly encouraged to send transcripts  electronically whenever possible. The Office of the Registrar will continue to  ask students to place orders using Parchment. In person and walk in requests  are not accepted.

Normal processing time for transcript orders is three to five  business days. During peak periods processing time for transcripts can take  five to seven business days. Please allow additional time for mail service.           - Students may 
            also request transcripts by mail. The signed letter must include the following 
            information:
            
            
              - Student's name.
                
              
 - The name under which student attended.
 
              - Student's social security number or ID number. 
 
              - Dates of attendance. 
 
              - If 
                student is a  graduate, date(s) of graduation. 
 
              - Where transcripts are to be sent. 
              
 - Student's return address, daytime telephone number, 
                signature. 
 
              - A 
                check or money order made payable to 911±¬ÁÏÍø ($5.00 per 
                transcript, $2.00 per each additional transcript ordered at the
